🌟 Welcome to The Lab Scene! 🌟

I created this channel to dive deep into what makes learning come alive in today’s classrooms. As a passionate educator, I believe in the power of constructivist teaching – the idea that students learn best by building their own understanding. In every video, I aim to show how lessons can be hands-on, interactive, and relevant, encouraging students to explore and make connections themselves.

Technology plays an incredible role in making this happen. I’m always searching for ways to incorporate digital tools that not only engage students but also give them the means to create, experiment, and dive deeper into topics. Through these tools, I hope to spark curiosity and promote lifelong learning.

This channel is also a personal journey. Learning how to edit videos has been both a challenge and a joy. Just like in the classroom, it’s been a lesson in persistence, problem-solving, and creativity! I’m excited to share experiments, insights, and tech tips that you can bring to your own teaching practice.

The mascot is named “Earl” after the erlenmeyer flask and was made via my brothers (who have much better digital skills then myself).
